OFFICIAL RULES
The VIA Institute on Character Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is subject to these Official Rules (the "Official Rules"), which are binding and final on matters relating to the Giveaway, except as expressly stated otherwise, purchase of the Top 5 Report is necessary to enter or win. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Giveaway is sponsored by VIA Insitute on Character (the "Sponsor"). The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
1: How to Enter: Purchase a Top 5 Report between August 16 and August 26, 2024, and you'll be automatically entered to win VIA’s Character Strengths Starter Kit (See 6).
2: Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to any United States resident, aged 18 years of age or older ("Entrant"). One entry per person, per platform. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, Giveaway supervisors and vendors associated with the Giveaway, and members of any of their immediate families, are not eligible to participate or win.
3: Void Where Prohibited: The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
4: Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on August 16, 2024 at 9 am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and ends on August 24, 2024 at 11 :59pm EDT (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible to win.
5: Odds: Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6: Prizes: If eligible under these Official Rules, Entrants will be selected at random for the following prizes ("Winner(s )"):

7: Approximate Retail Value: Total approximate retail value of the prize(s) to be awarded is [$293-393 value]. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of any prize, or cash for any portion of prize not used, provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason. If a Winner does not want a portion of the prize, that portion is forfeited. All additional costs, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
8: Winner Selection and Notification: Entrants will be selected at random by a representative of VIA from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Winners will be notified via email by the VIA Institute on Character to confirm their selection. Each Winner shall have 72 hours from the date such email notice was sent to respond. The failure by any Winner to respond to any notification may result in that Entrant disqualification as a Winner, in which case such Entrant shall not be entitled to win any prizes in connection with the Giveaway and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate Winner from among the remaining eligible entries. Winners may also be sent a declaration of eligibility/liability/publicity release ("Release"). Unless restricted by law, Winners will be required to complete and return the Release within 72 hours of the date the Release is sent to them. Failure to return the Release within this time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
